Nicole Matejic aka The #SocialFirefighter ™ is the Founder & CEO of Australian Social Media Crisis Communications Consultancy ‘Social Media Monster’ and global military think tank ‘Info Ops HQ.’ ? Nicole was an early adopter of using social media as a law enforcement and intelligence information source ? and has? since built a unique personal brand in the highly specialized emerging global niche of social media based military information operations. ?Nicole guest lectures at Universities around Australia?, is currently providing social media training to NATO  and has over ten years Federal Government experience in media, issues and crisis management within the Home Affairs and Defence portfolios.

Jordana Borensztajn is a writer, comedian and social media trainer. She is also an iPhone addict who has, so far, lived a life free of any Socially Transmitted Disasters. Of course that doesn’t stop her from stressing out. Is that the best hashtag? Is there a better filter? Will that stranger mind if I photograph his lunch for my Instagram account? You know, daily dilemmas. When she’s not on stage, Jordana blogs, consults on all things content and social-related, and presents a social media and online safety program to schools.
